Introductory Remarks

Greetings. Welcome or welcome back.

Immediately below is an alphabetical list of lynx to a number of typically idiosyncratic mini-essays and/or Character Likeness studies I've prepared over the years for on the Web.

They illustrate some of the peculiar perspectives I've developed while writing the PHANTACEA Mythos.

PHANTACEA Essentials

• Anheroic Fantasy: Who are we supposed to cheer for in PHANTACEA;
• The Celestial Superior: In both Life and Afterlife she appears (thus far) in many of the 19/5938 serials; arguably an incarnation of Serathrone Hallow, one of the two triplet, firstborn daughters of Thrygragos Byron and the Trigregos Sisters;
• The Cretan Snake Goddess: Who dresses a little like Pyrame Silverstar, the Perpetual Presence, partial mother of the Sed-sons;
• Devic Names in the PHANTACEA Mythos;
• The Demons of Salvador: Consists primarily of excerpts from the 2006/7 Mosaic Novel entitled "Feeling Theocidal" featuring material regarding Tralalorn's Stynx, Multi-Horns, the Bull of Mithras, and 2-Faced Demogorgon;
• Fisherwoman: The ever-fishifying, deviant daughter of the Dual Entities who features in many of the web-serials thus far presented online;
• Freespirit Nihila: As the firstborn daughter of Thrygragos Lazareme and the Trigregos Sisters, the eldest female Master Deva; once Datong Harmonia, the Unity of Balance and, initially, the lone Unity of Panharmonium; she becomes Nihila, in the Launch sequences set in 19/5980;
• Gloriella D'Angelo Dark: Aka Radiant Rider, Rainbow; also of other angels and a devil or three;
• Gold-Mining for PHANTACEA Factoids;
• Heliosophos: The recurring Male Entity; in his 1st Lifetime during the 1955 & 1960 web-serials, his 11th during the 19/5938 serials and his 100th during the 19/5980 ones;
• The Moloch Sedon: The skyborn, as in extraterrestrial, lone member of the first generation of devazurkind, the inspirations for the Gods and Goddesses of Mythology; his essence composes Cathonia, the Sedon Sphere; arguably the Devil Himself;
• Names for the Nameless (or PHANTACEA as an equal opportunity Mythos): antique Illuminaries of Weir gave names to third generational devils;
• The Perfidious Polygamist: Jordan Tethys, the Legendary 30-Year Man, who also answers to 30-Beers; text comes from "Feeling Theocidal";
• Primeval Lilith, the Demon Queen of the Night: The immortal, chthonic or earthborn daemon who must possess the birth mothers of mortal Sed-sons at the moment of their conception; without Sed-sons alive on both sides of the Whole Earth the Sedon Sphere would collapse; arguably the Devil Herself;
• The Silverclouds: The two remaining members of Thrygragos Byron's three firstborn; plus shots of an actual Rudra idol and that of an Uma;
• The Smiling Fiend: Aka Smiler, Ahriman, Sodom, Rhadamanthys, Judge Druj; claims to be the firstborn son of Thrygragos Sedon;
• The Thrygragos Talismans: The Cross of Mithras, the Mask of Byron and Lazareme's Cloak of Many Colours;
• The Time-Tumbling Dual Entities: The two most confounding characters in the PHANTACEA Mythos; conceivably the Male and Female Principals;
• The Trigregos Talismans: The Three Sacred Objects, what may hold the secret to controlling devils and therefore Sedon's Head;
• Utopians of Weir: Extraterrestrials who arrived on the Whole Earth a decade before the Genesea, the Great Flood of Genesis, and who have been, for the most part, stuck on the Inner Earth since it; those who have them can manifest gargoyles out of eyeorbs attached to the top of their eye-staves;
• The VAM Entity: Thrygragos Varuna Mithras as Sol Invictus; plus more on the A-Guy who thinks the only thing invincible about Mithras is his presumptuousness;

Hestia Housekeeping amounts to the 'What's New' section of pHpubs. Consequently I always start it with a 'What's Old' link to where I put its previous update.

Now that that's done, we can get on with this edition's preview. So what is new in Spring 2008? Truth told, it's more a matter of what's gone and where -- namely, all of the Travels in my Pants (TIMP) web pages.

Part of the reason I set-up an off-shoot website had to do with the massive upgrade I described last time up. As became immediately evident once I started to up-load the Autumn 2007 edition of pH-Webworld, my minuscule microbe of Cyberia was too ladened with images. In other words, it was full.

In order to keep adding more and more 'Flox of PHANTACEA Feature Furtherances', I had to expand my microbial territory. Which I did. And which I'll likely do again before the next upgrade of PHANTACEA on the Web comes along.

Yes, I'm still inching closer and closer to self-publishing "Feeling Theocidal", possibly just for starters. Since it won't be too much longer, a www.phantacea.com is sure to follow, is it not? It is!

And one feature that I guarantee will be moving over to it is the detailed, section-by-section overview of the graphic novel that I debuted last time.

I am of course still selling 'Forever & 40 Days - The Genesis of PHANTACEA' for the original list price of $10.00 CDN or USD. That's a 'still-selling' dot-ditto for this repeat announcement:

I've noticed that by googling up PHANTACEA then following some of the resultant lynx you'll eventually come upon at least two sites wherein someone has scanned in whole sequences from the comics.

Further to that, I read somewhere that both Marvel and DC are offering to sell copies of their back catalogue online and in digital format. It therefore occurs to me that if anyone wants to send me, say, $10 CDN per issue by certified cheque or money order, I could do the same thing.

Of course, $5.00 CDN for issues 1-4 (since 5 & 6 are out of print), plus postage, sounds like a better deal to me. (Then again, I prefer paper to pixels.)

Either way all it takes is an email, an exchange of mailing addresses and said certified cheque or money order cashed and in my bank to get your very own PHANTACEA library.

As if all the above wasn't enough, there's some more new material in Serendipity Now. Sooth said there's three additional entries there: "The Universal Substance"; "A Croc - Not a Crock" and "Noting Theocidal Tendencies".

As for Volvar and Vamvar, I spell-checked then added three more chapters of the former, as well as two more synopses, but haven't touched the latter.

That's because, as noted last time up, I've encountered something of an unwanted perplexity wrapped in a candy-coated conundrum.

I of course should have realized this would happen. As per here, though, I hadn't looked at either of them for years. The problem? It seems Vamvar is about to start carrying on from where Volvar leaves off.

Except ... Volvar won't be leaving off anything for another 7 chapters or so. That means Vamvar has to do a 'Centauri Island' and go into hibernation midstream until Volvar concludes.

Feedback encouraged. Oh and, lest we forget, as always, good reading.
